 From 1927-1939, the eleventh floor belonged to the 🏈NFL. The 122 year old building that was once the home of the NFL, is now home to the largest Fire Escape in the state of Ohio.

This building did not have a Fire escape beforehand. With the help of many construction crews from around the Columbus area, we were able to put up 13 stories of steel to ensure their safety in case of emergency.

A+ was awarded the contract to replace, gratings, railings, and treads of this fire escape in N. High St, Columbus, OH. This fire escape is also the same building as the infamous Ringside Café. 

This fire escape at the Nottingham Child Care Academy in Cleveland, Ohio was covered in rust, old flacking paint, and was missing many bolts. A+ had the privilege of being award the contract to give this fire escape a much needed face lift. A+ replaced all bolts and installed a concrete pads around all the footings to the ground to avoid further deterioration.

This fire escape at Oakland, CA 94607 was part of a residential property. This was an  improperly balanced canti-lever and missing railings on the canti-lever stairs. We balanced it out and conducted all necessary safety checks to make this fire escape suitable for use!

The Canal Street School replaced a smaller one-room school that was previously there. The building was completed in 1892 and students moved in during the school year. During its first year, 3 single room schools consolidated into the building and an intermediate class from the high school also joined. Today it still serves as a school and A+ had the privilege to update the more than 100 year old f

Another 100-year-old fire escape at the Canal Street school that we repaired! This parallel system with two stair cases facing each other was not meeting required safety standards. We conducted the necessary repairs and made sure it was certified and safe!
