• Inspections: Inspection fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed, as the inspection provides a formal written report and certification process.
• Repairs & Installations: All repair and installation work is final once performed. If you have concerns about workmanship, we will address them promptly under our workmanship guarantee.
• Deposits: Deposits made to schedule work are non-refundable, but may be credited toward future services if scheduling changes are required.
• Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If any issue arises directly related to our service, we will work with you to resolve it in accordance with industry safety standards and local code requirements.
